Job Summary

Serving as a trusted resource for Core Leaders and Caregivers, the full-time Oregon Licensed HR Consultant will manage employee relations matters, ensure compliance with HR policies, and conduct investigations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide expertise in employee and labor relations, ensuring adherence to HR policies and regulatory standards
  • Conduct investigations and make recommendations for improving workplace environments based on research and data analysis
  • Maintain HR metrics and dashboards, reporting findings to align actions with organizational needs
Required qualifications
  • Five years of experience in general human resources at an exempt level in a multi-state/location environment
  • Five years of demonstrated experience in employee relations, labor relations, and ADAAA compliance
  • Five years of experience providing high-touch customer service in a concierge-style environment
