Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Generalist to support small and medium-sized businesses with HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the team on Employee Relations matters and provide HR support to client leadership
  • Act as a liaison between the client and the HR team, participating in meetings to discuss HR-related topics
  • Assist in recruitment processes, employee orientations, and the administration of benefits and payroll


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2-3 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience
  • Ability to work independently and provide exceptional customer service
  • Strong interpersonal skills and capability to develop interdepartmental relationships
  • Empathy while maintaining firm boundaries in HR practices
  • Human Resource certification preferred
