Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Generalist to support small and medium-sized businesses with HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team on Employee Relations matters and provide HR support to client leadership
- Act as a liaison between the client and the HR team, participating in meetings to discuss HR-related topics
- Assist in recruitment processes, employee orientations, and the administration of benefits and payroll
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2-3 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience
- Ability to work independently and provide exceptional customer service
- Strong interpersonal skills and capability to develop interdepartmental relationships
- Empathy while maintaining firm boundaries in HR practices
- Human Resource certification preferred
