Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Program Manager - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support HR projects, operational improvements, and initiatives related to HR M&A and internal reorganizations
• Deliver business value through effective communication and strategic direction in HR activities
• Provide direct support to client groups and manage multiple complex projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent experience
• 4 years of progressive professional work experience
• 2 years of HR experience in an operational or support role
• Experience with acquisition work and managing complex projects
• Preferred: PHR certification or recognized equivalent upon hire
