Job Summary
To support a growing executive recruitment team, the full-time Oregon Licensed HR Recruitment Specialist will manage recruitment and selection activities, assist in executive search processes, and provide training and support to search committees, with the option for remote or hybrid work.
Key responsibilities
- Process recruitment and selection activities for various job types and manage the recruitment process from posting to closure
- Assist the Executive Search Coordinator with scheduling, communication, and on-site preparations for executive searches
- Provide training and resources to search committees to ensure compliance with university best practices and federal regulations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with two years of professional HR experience; or equivalent certification and experience
- Experience providing administrative support in program administration with strong organizational skills
- User-level experience with database and reporting tools, as well as Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in higher education or a comparable environment is preferred
