Job Summary
To enhance human resources operations, the full-time Oregon Licensed HRIS Analyst will modernize and automate the administration of HRIS and employee benefit platforms, support payroll processing, and ensure data integrity while working remotely from Oregon.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and support the HRIS platform, including employee records and system updates
- Administer and optimize Paylocity for payroll, onboarding, and benefits management
- Generate HR reports and analytics for leadership and compliance purposes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, Accounting, or related field required
- Three years of experience in HRIS administration, payroll, or benefits
- Experience administering Paylocity HRIS strongly preferred
- Knowledge of HR compliance requirements, including FMLA and ADA
- Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or behavioral health environments preferred
