Job Summary
To support efficient human resources operations, the full-time Oregon Licensed HRIS Analyst will modernize and automate the administration of HRIS and employee benefit platforms while working remotely from Oregon.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and support the HRIS platform, ensuring data integrity and system updates
- Administer and optimize Paylocity for payroll, onboarding, and benefits management
- Generate HR reports and coordinate recruitment workflows, including candidate interviews and onboarding activities
Required qualifications
- Three years of experience in HRIS administration, payroll, or benefits
- Experience administering Paylocity HRIS is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of HR compliance requirements, including FMLA and ADA
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field required
- Human Resources certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
