Job Summary

Providing expert guidance on employee relations matters, the full-time Oregon Licensed Human Resources Consultant will support core leaders and caregivers remotely by utilizing best practices for positive employee and labor relations, conducting research, and maintaining HR metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a resource for employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations
• Conduct research to identify trends and patterns in employee relations, recommending interventions as necessary
• Maintain HR metrics and dashboards, reporting findings to align actions with organizational goals

Required qualifications

• 3 years of experience in high-touch customer service in a concierge-style environment
• 2 years of professional human resources experience in a similar role
• 2 years of demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, labor relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence
