Job Summary

Managing the fully online Human Services Program, the full-time Oregon Licensed Human Services Coordinator will oversee program growth, execute required actions for accreditation, and support diverse student populations while working remotely with some on-campus presence required.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the online Human Services Program, ensuring effective delivery and student engagement
• Develop and implement strategies for program growth and accreditation preparation
• Collaborate with community colleges and external stakeholders to enhance program offerings and support services

Required qualifications

• MSW or MA in Human Services or closely related fields
• Six years of post-degree professional practice experience in Human Services
• Three years of academic teaching experience, including online course development
• Two years of academic program coordination experience in a remote environment
• Demonstrated commitment to racial equity and supporting historically marginalized students
