Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Insurance Coverage Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex insurance coverage issues and develop strategic solutions for clients
• Handle litigation matters related to insurance recovery from case development through resolution
• Draft persuasive motions, briefs, and other legal filings

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of Insurance Litigation experience
• Insurance coverage or insurance recovery experience is preferred, but not required
• Oregon bar admission, eligibility for reciprocal admission, or willingness to sit for the Oregon bar exam
• Willingness and aptitude to learn a complex area of law
• Open to candidates seeking a long-term remote arrangement if located outside Oregon
