Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outside Insurance Sales Consultant who will drive local sales growth and build community relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive local sales growth through proactive prospecting and lead generation
• Identify gaps in home and auto insurance plans and offer appropriate products
• Build strong referral relationships within the community

Required Qualifications

• Must hold at least one active insurance license: Property & Casualty, Personal Lines, or Life & Health
• Expected to obtain any additional required licenses before the start date
• Passion for community connection and solution-based selling
• Ability to deliver world-class customer experiences
• Experience in sales is preferred
