Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner - General Liability - Insurance Defense.

Key Responsibilities

Defend insureds in various litigation matters including general liability and personal injury
Manage all aspects of litigated cases, from pleadings to trials
Supervise and mentor associate attorneys and support staff

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Oregon and/or Washington
7+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation
Trial experience is a plus but not required
Professional demeanor with strong client-relations skills
