Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Contract Specialist, Procurement & Contract Specialist 3.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the negotiation and development of complex IT contracts, intergovernmental agreements, and grant agreements
• Advise staff on effective procurement methods and develop comprehensive solicitation documents
• Provide procurement oversight and guidance, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and agency policies

Required Qualifications

• Five years of procurement and contract experience, or a bachelor's degree with two years of relevant experience
• Any combination of experience and education equivalent to five years of procurement and contract experience
• Oregon or national procurement certification required to meet delegation requirements
• Experience in complex IT contract planning, development, and negotiation
• Ability to work independently while managing critical projects under tight deadlines
