Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Enterprise Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the concept and discovery phases of large initiatives by defining vision, scope, and requirements
• Elicit, analyze, validate, and manage requirements using structured techniques
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 7 or more years of experience in business analysis or requirements management
• Experience with large-scale systems integration and enterprise-level business process initiatives
• Strong expertise in requirements gathering methodologies and structured analysis techniques
• Experience in regulated or data-driven industries such as healthcare or finance
