Oregon Licensed Lead UM Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Utilization Management Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to UM team members and oversee complex workflows
• Support behavioral health authorization processes and collaborate with licensed clinical reviewers on UM cases
• Participate in quality assurance activities and assist in developing UM policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, behavioral health, or a related field
• Active Oregon clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) in good standing
• Five years of experience in behavioral health utilization management review
• Experience providing leadership, guidance, or mentorship to staff
• Strong knowledge of Oregon Medicaid, OHP benefits, and behavioral health clinical practices
