Oregon Licensed Lead UM Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Utilization Management Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to UM team members
• Support and coordinate behavioral health authorization processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Participate in quality assurance activities and assist in the development of UM policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, behavioral health, or a closely related field
• Active Oregon clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) in good standing
• Five years of experience in behavioral health utilization management review at a coordinated care organization
• Experience providing leadership, guidance, or mentorship to staff
• Strong knowledge of Oregon Medicaid, OHP benefits, OAR requirements, and behavioral health clinical practices
