Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Utilization Management Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to the UM Coordinator team
• Oversee behavioral health authorization processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Participate in quality assurance activities and support process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, behavioral health, or a closely related field
• Active Oregon clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) in good standing
• Five years of experience in behavioral health utilization management review
• Experience in providing leadership or mentorship to staff
• Strong knowledge of Oregon Medicaid, OHP benefits, and behavioral health clinical practices
