Job Summary

Supporting a well-established civil defense law firm, the part-time Oregon Licensed Legal Assistant will manage legal document preparation, court filings, and client communications while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Typing, editing, and formatting legal documents and correspondence
  • Filing documents with various courts and maintaining client files
  • Conducting telephone communications with clients and business contacts
Required qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of legal secretarial experience, preferably in Insurance Defense litigation
  • Familiarity with Oregon and Washington court rules
  • Proficiency in word processing and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Strong understanding of legal procedures and terminology
  • Experience with Clio Manage and FasterSuite is a plus
