Job Summary
Detail-oriented and customer-focused, the contract Life Insurance Claims Examiner will investigate, review, and evaluate life insurance claims to determine benefit eligibility while working fully remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate and evaluate life insurance claims to ensure accurate benefit decisions
- Analyze claim documentation, resolve discrepancies, and support timely claim processing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for claim-related inquiries, providing professional support to customers and internal partners
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Two years of relevant professional experience, preferably within financial services or a related industry
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
- Excellent organization and time management skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
