Job Summary

Oregon Licensed Litigation Attorney, seeking a full-time professional with extensive litigation and claims management experience to manage a nationwide caseload, develop discovery strategies, and collaborate with clients in a dynamic legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a nationwide litigation caseload from inception through resolution
• Conduct thorough investigations and develop strategic discovery responses tailored to individual cases
• Continuously monitor and improve discovery processes and manage a national claims program

Required Qualifications:

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in at least one state
• 5+ years of litigation experience with strong discovery expertise
• Experience handling multi-jurisdictional litigation or national claims programs preferred
• Background in transportation, logistics, or related regulatory frameworks preferred
