Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Oregon Licensed Litigation Attorney for a part-time, project-based remote role, who will manage active litigation matters, draft legal documents, and conduct legal research for a civil litigation defense firm specializing in construction defect and general liability cases.
Key responsibilities
- Support active litigation matters from early case development through resolution
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and litigation correspondence
- Manage written discovery, including interrogatories and document production
Required qualifications
- Oregon-licensed attorney in good standing with at least 3 years of civil litigation experience
- Preferred background in construction defect and/or general liability defense
- Experience managing litigation tasks independently without significant oversight
- Comfortable with project-based work alongside other commitments
- J.D. from an accredited law school
