Oregon Licensed Litigation Attorney

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Oregon Licensed Litigation Attorney for a part-time, project-based remote role, who will manage active litigation matters, draft legal documents, and conduct legal research for a civil litigation defense firm specializing in construction defect and general liability cases.

Key responsibilities

• Support active litigation matters from early case development through resolution
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and litigation correspondence
• Manage written discovery, including interrogatories and document production

Required qualifications

• Oregon-licensed attorney in good standing with at least 3 years of civil litigation experience
• Preferred background in construction defect and/or general liability defense
• Experience managing litigation tasks independently without significant oversight
• Comfortable with project-based work alongside other commitments
• J.D. from an accredited law school
