Job Summary
Managing the end-to-end closing process for commercial real estate loans, the full-time remote Oregon Licensed Loan Closer will prepare loan documents, coordinate title and escrow, and ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a pipeline of transactions, ensuring timely closings while coordinating with title, escrow, and legal teams
- Review and analyze title reports and policies to assess risks and ensure compliance with collateral requirements
- Prepare and send accurate loan documents and funding wire packages, maintaining records and tracking pipeline status
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- At least 6 months of experience in commercial real estate finance, including loan document preparation and title analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat DC, and cloud platforms like Box and OneDrive
- Experience with commercial real estate title reviews, surveys, and legal due diligence
- Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
