Job Summary

Detail-oriented and organized, the remote Loan Coordinator will manage the efficient handling of commercial real estate loan servicing, including data entry, transaction processing, and reconciliation, in a contract role.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and verify commercial loan, borrower, property, and escrow data in required systems
• Process and balance loan servicing transactions, including payments, payoffs, and adjustments
• Reconcile cash activity across bank accounts and prepare management reports

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree in real estate, finance, business, or related field is preferred
• Two or more years of relevant experience in loan servicing, accounting, or reconciliation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities accurately
• Proficiency in maintaining organized records and ensuring compliance with internal controls
• Ability to lift loan files up to 30 pounds and perform clerical support as needed
