Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Processor - Loan Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of loans from contract to close, including receiving applications and collecting necessary documentation
• Verify loans are complete and submit to Underwriting within 24 hours, clearing any conditions as needed
• Prepare and ensure timely delivery of Closing Disclosure and review closing statements for discrepancies

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in mortgage lending, preferably in processing
• Working knowledge of loan program guidelines including conventional, jumbo, and government loan programs
• Proficiency in DU/LP/GUS and/or other major LOS
• Ability to calculate income
