Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Processor to support their remote operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze borrower's credit, employment, income, and assets for loan underwriting
• Assemble and verify the complete loan package and required documentation
• Communicate with various parties to obtain necessary third-party documentation and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience
• Experience with Encompass and knowledge of RESPA regulations
• Familiarity with DU, LP, Microsoft Office, and Windows
• Strong math and analytical skills
