Job Summary

Detail-oriented and organized, the contract Loan Processor will manage the efficient handling of commercial real estate loan servicing while working fully remote, focusing on data entry, transaction processing, and reconciliation tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and verify commercial loan, borrower, property, and escrow data in required systems
• Process and balance loan servicing transactions, including payments, payoffs, and adjustments
• Reconcile cash activity across bank accounts and prepare management reports

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree in real estate, finance, business, or a related field is preferred
• Two or more years of relevant experience in loan servicing, accounting, or reconciliation
• Proficiency in maintaining organized records and ensuring compliance with internal controls
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities accurately
• Ability to lift loan files up to 30 pounds and perform clerical support as needed
