Oregon Licensed Loan Processor
Job Summary
Managing the end-to-end processing of mortgage loans, the full-time Oregon Licensed Loan Processor will ensure accuracy, compliance, and an exceptional borrower experience while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Review and audit loan submissions for accuracy and completeness
- Order and manage third-party services, collaborating with underwriters and Loan Officers to prepare files for closing
- Maintain knowledge of loan products and investor requirements while managing an active loan pipeline to meet target closing dates
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 3 years of mortgage loan processing and/or basic underwriting experience
- Experience with loan products including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, and USDA
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and mortgage loan origination systems
- 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
