Oregon Licensed Managed Care Associate

Job Summary

Working full-time during the day shift, the Oregon Licensed Managed Care Associate will collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams in outpatient settings to coach high-risk patients, coordinate care, and promote wellness screenings while potentially working remotely after initial training.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop care plans in collaboration with physicians
• Work with office staff to create standing orders and ensure compliance with documentation requirements
• Provide education to patients and caregivers, and participate in training and cross-training activities

Required qualifications

• High School Education/GED or equivalent preferred
• Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• Two years of technical experience preferred
• One year's project coordination experience preferred
• Five years of motivational experience preferred
