Job Summary
To enhance the Medicaid Compliance Program, the full-time Oregon Licensed Medicaid Compliance Consultant will maintain compliance standards, conduct investigations, and develop reports while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop compliance reports and conduct investigations to ensure adherence to Medicaid regulations
- Coordinate compliance efforts and monitor performance against Medicaid compliance metrics
- Provide education and training on compliance issues to personnel as needed
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or related field
- Minimum six years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, finance, or related fields
- Experience in health plan compliance and operations preferred
- Ability to manage projects and coordinate cross-departmental efforts
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and ability to monitor regulatory changes
