Job Summary
To enhance the Medicaid Compliance Program, the full-time Oregon Licensed Medicaid Compliance Consultant will conduct compliance activities, develop reports, and coordinate compliance efforts remotely while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct compliance investigations and develop corrective action plans based on findings
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure adherence to compliance standards and policies
- Develop and summarize compliance reports, presenting key findings to management
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field
- Minimum six years of experience in compliance, health care operations, or a related field
- Experience in health plan compliance and operations is preferred
- Project management experience is a plus
- Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or equivalent is advantageous
