Job Summary
To enhance the Medicaid Compliance Program, the full-time Oregon Licensed Medicaid Compliance Consultant will maintain compliance standards, conduct investigations, and develop reports while working remotely with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement compliance reports, ensuring adherence to Medicaid regulations and standards
- Conduct compliance investigations and collaborate with stakeholders to identify corrective actions for audit findings
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess compliance gaps, creating or revising policies and training as needed
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field
- Minimum six (6) years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, finance, or related fields
- Experience in health plan compliance and operations preferred
- Project management experience and ability to work cross-functionally
- Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or equivalent compliance certification is a plus
