Job Summary
To enhance the Medicaid Compliance Program, the full-time Oregon Licensed Medicaid Compliance Consultant will maintain compliance standards, conduct investigations, and develop reports while working remotely and collaborating with regional staff on regulatory requirements in Oregon and Washington.
Key responsibilities
- Develop compliance reports and conduct compliance investigations by analyzing data and collaborating with stakeholders
- Coordinate the implementation of compliance efforts, identifying requirements and assessing current compliance status
- Support project management by assisting in the development and coordination of compliance-related plans and schedules
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or related field
- Minimum six (6) years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, finance, or regulatory development
- Experience in health plan compliance and operations is preferred
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally across departments and functions
