Job Summary
To enhance the Medicaid Compliance Program, the full-time Oregon Licensed Medicaid Compliance Consultant will manage compliance activities, develop functional procedures, monitor performance metrics, and conduct training for personnel, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop compliance reports and conduct compliance investigations to ensure adherence to Medicaid regulations
- Coordinate implementation of compliance efforts and assist in managing cross-functional projects related to compliance
- Provide subject matter expertise and support for regional program audit activity, including developing corrective actions based on audit findings
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field
- Minimum six years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, finance, regulatory, or public policy development
- Experience in health plan compliance and operations preferred
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of compliance management
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage projects effectively
