Job Summary
To enhance the Medicaid Compliance Program, the full-time Oregon Licensed Medicaid Compliance Consultant will collaborate with regional staff to advise on contractual and regulatory requirements, develop compliance procedures, monitor performance metrics, and provide training on compliance issues while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate compliance reports, summarizing data and performance indicators for management
- Conduct compliance investigations, analyzing data and providing recommendations for corrective action plans
- Coordinate the implementation of compliance efforts by identifying requirements and assessing current compliance status
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or related field
- Minimum six years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, finance, or regulatory development
- Experience in health plan compliance and operations
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally across departments
- Project management experience
