Job Summary
To enhance the Medicaid Compliance Program, the full-time Oregon Licensed Medicaid Compliance Consultant will collaborate with regional staff to advise on Medicaid requirements, develop compliance procedures, monitor performance metrics, and conduct training while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop compliance reports and conduct investigations to ensure adherence to Medicaid regulations
- Coordinate implementation of compliance efforts and monitor ongoing adherence to standards
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and execute strategic compliance initiatives
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of six years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, or a related field
- Experience in health plan compliance and operations preferred
- Strong project management skills with experience in cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and ability to analyze regulatory changes
