Job Summary
To enhance the Medicaid Compliance Program in Oregon and Washington, the full-time Oregon Licensed Medicaid Compliance Consultant will manage compliance activities, develop functional procedures, conduct risk assessments, and provide training on compliance issues while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop compliance reports by evaluating data and summarizing audit information and potential risks
- Conduct compliance investigations, including data analysis and interviews, to identify corrective action steps
- Coordinate the implementation of compliance efforts by assessing current compliance states and creating necessary policies and procedures
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field
- Minimum six years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, finance, or regulatory development
- Experience in health plan compliance and operations preferred
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally across departments
- Project management experience is a plus
