Job Summary
To enhance the Medicaid Compliance Program in Oregon, the full-time Oregon Licensed Medicaid Compliance Consultant will manage compliance activities, develop reports, conduct investigations, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and evaluate compliance reports, summarizing data and performance indicators
- Conduct compliance investigations, analyzing data and recommending corrective action plans
- Coordinate the implementation of compliance efforts, identifying requirements and monitoring adherence
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Law, Public Health, Business, or related field
- Minimum six years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, or a related field
- Experience in health plan compliance and operations preferred
- Strong project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Master's degree or compliance certification is a plus
