Job Summary
To enhance the Medicaid Compliance Program in Oregon, the full-time Oregon Licensed Medicaid Compliance Consultant will manage compliance activities, develop reports, conduct investigations, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance reports and strategic initiatives based on regulatory standards
- Conduct compliance investigations and provide recommendations for corrective actions
- Coordinate compliance efforts and ensure adherence to Medicaid program requirements
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or related field
- Minimum six years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, or related fields
- Experience in health plan compliance and operations
- Ability to work cross-functionally across departments
- Project management experience preferred
