Job Summary
To enhance the Medicaid Compliance Program, the full-time Oregon Licensed Medicaid Compliance Consultant will manage compliance activities, develop reports, conduct investigations, and collaborate with stakeholders while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop compliance reports and conduct compliance investigations to ensure adherence to Medicaid regulations
- Coordinate the implementation of compliance efforts and assist in managing cross-functional projects
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess compliance gaps, recommending corrective actions as needed
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or related field
- Minimum six years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, or related fields
- Experience in health plan compliance and operations preferred
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally across departments or business lines
- Project management experience is a plus
