Oregon Licensed Medicaid Compliance Consultant

Job Summary

To enhance the Medicaid Compliance Program, the full-time Oregon Licensed Medicaid Compliance Consultant will collaborate with regional staff to ensure adherence to Medicaid requirements, develop compliance procedures, conduct risk assessments, and provide training on compliance issues in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop compliance reports and conduct investigations to identify potential risks and corrective actions
• Coordinate compliance efforts by assessing current practices, identifying gaps, and revising compliance standards and training
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement strategic compliance initiatives and monitor regulatory changes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of six years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, or a related field
• Experience in health plan compliance and operations
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally across departments or business lines
• Project management experience
