Job Summary
To enhance the Medicaid Compliance Program, the full-time Oregon Licensed Medicaid Compliance Consultant will collaborate with regional staff to ensure adherence to Medicaid requirements, develop compliance procedures, conduct risk assessments, and provide training on compliance issues in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop compliance reports and conduct investigations to identify potential risks and corrective actions
- Coordinate compliance efforts by assessing current practices, identifying gaps, and revising compliance standards and training
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement strategic compliance initiatives and monitor regulatory changes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of six years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, or a related field
- Experience in health plan compliance and operations
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally across departments or business lines
- Project management experience
