Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Remote Care Medical Assistant to provide customer service and patient care remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with providers and staff to address patient care needs
• Accurately document patient information in the EHR and manage communications
• Assist with clinical workflow to ensure effective patient care and service delivery

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of healthcare experience as a Certified/Registered Medical Assistant or LPN
• 1+ years of case management or care coordination experience
• Must reside in the State of Oregon
• Active certification or LPN license required
