Job Summary

Overseeing day-to-day operations, the full-time Oregon Licensed Medical Staff Manager will manage Medical Staff Services for the South Eastern WA region, supervise personnel, and prepare departmental budgets in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the operations of Medical Staff Services to ensure compliance with Medical Staff Bylaws and Regulations
• Supervise departmental personnel and coordinate administrative assistance for the medical staff
• Prepare and manage the departmental budget to align with organizational goals

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree
• Certified Professional Medical Services Management upon hire
• 3 years of supervisory experience; 5 years preferred
• 5 years of medical staff experience
