Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Group Specialist to deliver psychoeducation and facilitate group therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver 28 hours of group facilitation weekly using evidence-based curriculum
  • Review assigned curriculum and facilitate sessions across various age groups and cohorts
  • Foster client engagement and participation, maintaining a collaborative treatment environment
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a mental health or related field (e.g., MSW, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy)
  • Must reside in and be legally eligible to work in Oregon
  • Proficiency in multiple therapeutic modalities (e.g., DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI) and experience in intensive treatment settings
  • Ability to facilitate engaging virtual sessions with a reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Strong belief in group-based treatment and maintenance of professional boundaries
