Oregon Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Oregon Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide behavioral health services to clients of all ages, working from the E. Burnside or Mill Park offices with the flexibility to work remotely one day a week.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of approximately 25 clients per week, conducting one-hour therapy sessions
• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver exceptional mental health services
• Collaborate with colleagues to foster a supportive and growth-oriented work environment

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, professional counseling, family therapy, or a related field
• Current Oregon license as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
• Experience providing behavioral health services to diverse age groups
• Commitment to a client-centered approach and evidence-based practices
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and consultation
