Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Therapist or Social Worker.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide services to older adults
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to develop and update treatment plans
• Document compliant treatment records based on Medicare guidelines

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Licensure in Social Work or Counseling as recognized by the state (e.g., LISW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
• Ability to work with kindness and accountability to enhance patient quality of life
• Successful completion of a full background check is required
• Provisionally licensed therapists or social workers may receive supervision
