Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Oregon Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide behavioral health services to clients of all ages in a hybrid work environment, managing a caseload of 25 clients per week while benefiting from a supportive and collaborative atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based behavioral health services to a diverse client population
• Manage a caseload of clients, conducting one-hour therapy sessions
• Collaborate with team members to enhance professional growth and client care

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or a related field
• Current Oregon license as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
• Experience providing behavioral health services to clients across various age groups
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with flexibility for remote work
• Commitment to professional development and continuous education
