Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Oregon Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide behavioral health services to clients of all ages, working in a hybrid environment from the Salem office and remotely up to two days a week.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of approximately 25 clients per week, conducting one-hour therapy sessions
- Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver effective treatment tailored to individual client needs
- Collaborate with a supportive team to enhance professional growth and client outcomes
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, professional counseling, family therapy, or a related field
- Current Oregon license as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
- Experience providing behavioral health services to diverse age groups
- Commitment to a client-centered approach and evidence-based practices
- Willingness to engage in continuous professional development and training
