Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Oregon Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide behavioral health services to clients of all ages in a hybrid work environment, with responsibilities including managing a caseload of 25 clients per week and collaborating with a supportive team.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing evidence-based behavioral health services to clients across various age groups
- Managing a caseload of 25 clients per week, with the option to see more based on personal and professional goals
- Collaborating with colleagues in a supportive and flexible work environment
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in social work, professional counseling, family therapy, or a related field
- Valid Oregon license as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
- Experience in providing behavioral health services using evidence-based practices
- Ability to work with clients of all ages, from children to adults
- Willingness to undergo a background check post-offer
