Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Oregon Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide behavioral health services to clients of all ages, manage a caseload of approximately 25 clients per week, and work in a hybrid environment with flexibility for remote work.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to a diverse client population
- Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 clients per week, with the option to see more based on personal and professional goals
- Collaborate with colleagues in a supportive environment to enhance client care and professional development
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or a related field
- Current Oregon license as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
- Experience providing behavioral health services using evidence-based practices
- Ability to work with clients across all age groups, from children to adults
- Willingness to undergo a background check post-offer
