Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Oregon Licensed Mental Health Therapist will manage a caseload of clients, providing behavioral health services in a hybrid work environment that allows for remote work up to two days a week.
Key responsibilities
- Providing evidence-based behavioral health services to clients of all ages
- Managing a minimum caseload of 25 clients per week, with the option to see more
- Collaborating with team members to enhance the overall client experience and service delivery
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or a related field
- Current Oregon licensure as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
- Experience in delivering behavioral health services to diverse age groups
- Commitment to utilizing evidence-based practices in therapy
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with flexibility in scheduling
