Oregon Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Oregon Licensed Mental Health Therapist will manage a caseload of clients, providing behavioral health services in a hybrid work environment that allows for remote work up to two days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Providing evidence-based behavioral health services to clients of all ages
• Managing a minimum caseload of 25 clients per week, with the option to see more
• Collaborating with team members to enhance the overall client experience and service delivery

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or a related field
• Current Oregon licensure as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
• Experience in delivering behavioral health services to diverse age groups
• Commitment to utilizing evidence-based practices in therapy
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with flexibility in scheduling
