Oregon Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Oregon Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide behavioral health services to clients of all ages, working in a hybrid model from the Eugene office with one day of remote work per week.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of approximately 25 clients per week, conducting one-hour therapy sessions
• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality mental health care
• Collaborate with colleagues in a supportive environment to enhance professional growth and client outcomes

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, professional counseling, family therapy, or a related field
• Current Oregon license as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
• Experience providing behavioral health services to diverse age groups
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting, balancing in-office and remote work
